Administrative Assistant intern

The Opportunity:

The Administrative Assistant intern duties and responsibilities include providing comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to the Admin team in line with agreed priorities, supporting managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication, but also ensuring efficient operation of the office. The role holder will be expected to deliver on a general project implementation or day-to-day management basis.

He/ She will also back-up the Admin Coordinator as and when required.

In order to be successful He/she will have:

  • Degree in business administration or relevant field is preferred or sound experience in secretarial support services
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Excellent French and English written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills

LOCATION: Dakar Senegal

CONTRACT LENGHT: 6 months (with a possibility of extension to one year)
